• Robust Contamination Defense: Dual-cone floating seals combined with heavy-duty dust wipers provide comprehensive protection against moisture, mud, and debris ingress, ensuring reliable operation in wet, dusty, and muddy working environments.

1. Hydraulic System Care: Routinely inspect case drain lines for restrictions, kinks, or blockages. A restricted drain line can generate excessive back pressure, potentially causing motor seal failure or rotary group damage. Always maintain clean hydraulic fluid and replace return filters according to the machine's prescribed service schedule.
2. Gear Oil Management: Fill the planetary housing with the recommended extreme-pressure gear oil of the correct viscosity grade. Change the oil every 250-500 operating hours under normal conditions, and every 250 hours in severe applications such as demolition, foundation work, or continuous heavy digging. Examine drained oil for metallic particles as an early diagnostic indicator of gear or bearing wear.
3. Mounting Bolt Integrity: When reinstalling the final drive unit, always fit new high-strength bolts. Apply a suitable thread locking compound to the bolt threads prior to torquing to factory specifications, preventing loosening caused by continuous vibration and shock loads during travel and digging operations.
4. Pre-Start Priming Procedure: Before initial startup or after final drive replacement, fill the motor housing with clean hydraulic oil to purge trapped air pockets. Run the machine at low idle for several minutes, cycling the tracks forward and reverse, to ensure complete lubrication of all planetary components before engaging heavy operational loads.
